Boulder nonprofit funds four Israeli-Palestinian organizations providing legal aid, mobile medical care, agricultural land protection, and water infrastructure repair to communities under threat in the West Bank
BOULDER, Colo. — Sustainable Israeli-Palestinian Projects (SIPP), a Boulder-based nonprofit that supports grassroots cooperation between Israelis and Palestinians, today announced the recipients of its new 2026 West Bank Violence Relief Grants issued in response to escalating extremist settler violence against Palestinian communities in the West Bank.
The four small grants target distinct and urgent needs facing multiple West Bank communities affected by extremist settler attacks: emergency legal aid, mobile medical care, agricultural land recovery, and repair of damaged water infrastructure.
2026 Relief Grant Recipients
Legal Assistance — Haqel: In Defense of Human Rights
Haqel, an Israeli human rights NGO, will use SIPP’s grant to support emergency legal interventions on behalf of Palestinian landowners, including a 24/7 hotline connecting victims of attacks with local authorities, systematic documentation of violations, and petitions to Israel’s High Court of Justice.
Medical Care — Physicians for Human Rights Israel (PHRI)
PHRI, a joint Israeli-Palestinian organization, operates mobile clinics that deliver primary and specialist medical care to West Bank communities isolated by movement restrictions and settler violence. SIPP’s grant will cover medication and transportation costs for mobile clinic visits, including a dedicated Women’s Mobile Clinic.
Reclaiming Agricultural Land — Achvat Amim (Solidarity of Nations)
Working with families in the village of Tuwani and the greater Masafer Yatta area, Achvat Amim will use SIPP’s funding to purchase agricultural tools and cover volunteer transportation to help reclaim two to three agricultural plots in the Hebron Hills, restoring safe land access and deterring settler harassment through a consistent protective presence.
Water Infrastructure — Combatants for Peace
Combatants for Peace brings together Palestinian residents and Israeli activists to repair and rehabilitate water cisterns and rainwater collection systems in the North Jordan Valley that have been damaged by settler sabotage, helping farming and herding families maintain water access and resist displacement pressure.

These relief grants build on SIPP’s broader 2026 program of Hope In Action Mini-Grants, which this year support six multicultural projects spanning language education, art and environmental programming for youth, income-generating craft training, trauma-focused EMDR therapy training, educator training on shared society and tolerance, and a constructed-wetland pilot for greywater reuse on a West Bank family farm. SIPP has also continued to support the EmpowHer initiative, which provides seed funding for women-led small businesses among displaced families in Gaza’s Al-Mawasi humanitarian zone.
SIPP is currently raising additional funds to expand the West Bank Violence Relief Grant program and welcomes donations in support of this and its other initiatives.
